Through two core processing methods, printing and coating, differentiated processes are implemented to ensure efficient and uniform luminous effects:

Selection of luminous agents: Non-radioactive and non-irritating luminous agents that meet national environmental standards (such as GB 6675-2014 "Toy Safety", RoHS) are chosen. The particle size of the noctilucent powder is controlled at 5-20μm to ensure good dispersion and high luminous efficiency. Meanwhile, the luminous color can be adjusted according to customer needs (such as yellow-green, sky blue, red) to meet the visual requirements of different scenarios and ensure safe use in children's and baby products.

Core processing methods: Printing method - Precise patterns, personalized luminous effects

Curing and setting: After the coating is completed, a hot air circulation drying process (65-85℃) is adopted to slowly cure the luminous layer, ensuring that the noctilucent agents are fully dispersed and firmly attached to the substrate. After curing, the adhesion of the luminous layer is strong (adhesion reaches grade 1 in the cross-hatch test), and it can effectively resist sun exposure and rain when used outdoors. The luminous duration is stably maintained for ≥8 hours (after absorbing natural light for 2 hours).
